Volvo 240 Wagon Sun Visor Restoration Kit (Set of 2: Driver & Passenger)

This kit is designed to be used to replace the structural foam inside original Volvo 24 wagon sun visors. Over the years, the factory foam inserts decay leaving sun visors with a floppy appearance and feel. With a bit of careful craftiness, you can remove the old foam and replace it with this 3d printed kit. The insert is  printed out of PLA with a 0.2mm layer height, and designed to be completely encased within the stock sun visor’s outer vinyl layer. Included is the insert, which is printed in two parts, as well as pins used to connect the two halves.
